Welcome to BokaTaxi! These Terms of Service govern your use of our ride-hailing platform, mobile applications, and related services. By accessing or using BokaTaxi, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing, browsing, or using the BokaTaxi platform (including our website, mobile applications, and services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the BokaTaxi services.

When you book a ride through BokaTaxi:
For pre-scheduled airport transfers and other rides, you must provide accurate flight information (if applicable) and be available at the scheduled pickup time. We monitor flight delays and will adjust pickup times accordingly at no extra charge.
To provide rides through BokaTaxi, drivers must:
Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of BokaTaxi. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with applicable transportation regulations.
BokaTaxi charges a commission on each completed ride. The current commission rate will be displayed in your driver dashboard. Payments are processed weekly via bank transfer to your registered account.

For airport transfers and certain routes, we offer fixed pricing that will not change regardless of traffic or route variations. The price shown at booking is the price you pay (excluding tips).
We accept credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and cash (where available). All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our PCI DSS-compliant payment processor.
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
To request a refund: Contact support through the app or email support@bokataxistockholm.se with your ride details and reason for refund request.
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in account suspension or permanent termination, at our sole discretion.
BokaTaxi services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BokaTaxi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific ride giving rise to the claim.
All rides are covered by the driver's commercial insurance policy. BokaTaxi does not provide insurance coverage directly to passengers or drivers.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" feature in the app settings or contacting support.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without cause, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations, dispute resolution, and governing law) will survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of BokaTaxi services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Stockholm, Sweden, in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.
Exception: You may bring individual claims in small claims court if the amount in dispute is within the court's jurisdictional limits.
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. BokaTaxi may assign its rights without restriction.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BokaTaxi regarding the services.
By using BokaTaxi, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
